How long will it take for DNS to work?
It usually takes 24-48 hours for a domain to fully propagate. This,
however ,all depends on your ISP. It might update within minutes for
your neighbor, but take up to a week for you.
The reason for this is the local routers your ISP runs off of update at
different times. If you are on Shaw Cable or Telus ADSL, it is very
common for DNS take up to 48 hours or more to update.
